Once you have added a product into the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be shown on the right side of your screen. NO LOGIN REQUIRED! Or when you checkout from the shopping cart, the shipping cost will be calculated and shown on the screen according to the weight of the items in your cart. NO other hidden charge.

We have shipped over 20,000 parcels to 130+ locations in the world. Our logistic team is very knowledgeable and experienced to handle your orders, over 95.2% of our parcels can arrive your door on time and trouble-free from missing, damage and your local custom.
Shipping Methods:
Registered AirMail: LOW price and safe, average 5-15 days.
The Airmail shipments are carried out through the Hongkong Post/Singapore Post to your local post office. Though we ship out all Airmail parcels registered, there are online tracking facilities available for this service but only through the websites of Hongkong Post and Singapore Post.
It usually takes around 5 to 20 days for Airmail shipments to arrive to your destination. While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customers can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com as long as the shipment is still in Hong Kong and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached.[Leadtimes and Schedules]
EMS SpeedPost: Fast, Medium price and safe, average 2-6 days.
The EMS SpeedPost is the local courier shipment solution provided by the Hongkong Post. The delivery will usually take place through your local post office as well. EMS Speedpost shipments are very safe and usually take only around 1 to 5 days to reach your destination. We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments.
UPS/DHL Express: Extremely Fast, Good price and very safe, average 1-4 days.
Well-known international couriers strive to deliver the highest level of services and solutions. We usually free upgrade your EMS orders to ship with DHL or UPS, you can receive it as fast as next day. DHL and UPS provide a very fast and safe way to ship your orders. You can track the detail status of your parcel all the way from our warehouse to your door, with almost NO custom/tax clearance problem.

RC711.com does not offer any guarantee on the shipping lead times listed. Although the RC711 team always proactively assists you to resolve the shipping problems, it is your responsibility to make sure the product(s) you ordered comply to your local laws and regulations, please email us before you place the order if you have any question. You also responsible to contact your local postoffice or customs to retrieve the parcel if there is any problem happened. Stamp Duties, import taxes and any other extra charge will be paid by the recipient. The shipping cost is non-refundable once the item(s) has been sent out.

Partially Shipped Order
RC711 always ship faster and more flexible than others. To let you receive the items as fast as possible, sometimes we will first ship out all the available products in your order to you. And once your remaining item becomes available, we will ship it out to you (with airmail) at no extra shipping cost. You can enjoy flying without any interruption.
Return Policy:
As an authorised distributors of the leading brands, we take full confidence for the quality of our products. We just want to make the return procedures simple for the convenience of our valued customers. If it is proved to be factory defect or damage via postal, please contact us at cs@rc711.com within 3 days after the item(s) arrived and we will take appropriate actions to tackle the problem including sending it back to the factory for warranty repair. The manufacturers will have the final decision on the validity of the warranty. Customer will bare the shipping cost of returning the defected item(s), and RC711 will bare the shipping cost of sending back the replacement item(s).
In many cases, we simply ship out the replacement item(s) in your next order without the need for you to return the defective item.
