The delivery lead time is different from each location, you can track your parcel from time to time to know its status, please follow the simple steps below to track your parcel(s):
Registered Small Packet, Air Parcel and EMS
1. Login to our system and get the mail tracking number of your parcel from the My Account -> Order History page. For eBay customers, you should have your tracking number stated in the delivery email we sent. The tracking numbers format like RxxxxxxxxxxHK, CPxxxxxxxxxHK or ExxxxxxxxxxHK.
2. Visit the Hongkong Post website below, put in your tracking number. It shows whether your parcel(s) has been departed from Hong Kong or other status.

3. From the drop-down list on the result page, select your destination country and click Enter. This will bring you to your local postoffice website, please read on the list which mail type(s) is/are supported for each country.
4. Put in the tracking number again on your local postoffice tracking page, you will then see the status of your parcel. Usually only EMS Speedpost tracking is supported worldwide.
USPS 1st-class
If your parcel is delivered with USPS 1st-class (tracking number format likes LKxxxxxxxxxHK), please vist the USPS website below:

DHL Express
If your parcel is delivered with DHL (tracking number format likes xxx xxxx xxx), please vist the DHL website below:

UPS
If your parcel is delivered with UPS (tracking number format likes 1Z99FExxxx xxxx xxxx), please vist the UPS website below:

Swiss Post
If your parcel is delivered via Swiss Post (tracking number format likes RXXXXXXXXXXCH), please vist the Swiss Post website below (AFTER 2 BUSINESS DAYS):

Malaysia Post

EURO Airmail
If your parcel is delivered via our Europe Logistic Center in Frankfurt (tracking number format likes RxxxxxxxxxxDE), please vist the Deutsche Post website below (AFTER 1 BUSINESS DAYS):

SPSR Express (Russian regions)
If your parcel is delivered via our SPSR Express (tracking number format likes MCxxxxxxxxxx), please vist the SPSR Express websitte below (AFTER 1 BUSINESS DAYS):

You may also visit or call up your local postoffice/couriers and tell them the tracking number, the officer should be able to tell you the status of your parcel.
